Our Commitment to Social Responsibility
We are proud to play a role in fostering positive change through our partnership with the Yellow Ribbon Project and the Singapore Prison Service. As part of this commitment, we operate a call centre within Changi Prison, creating meaningful opportunities for the rehabilitation and employment of ex-offenders.
Since 2008, over 1,000 ex-offenders have been placed into the workforce, and we operate the Prison Visitation Call Centre at Changi. Our inclusive hiring extends to low-income families and single mothers, and, through our collaboration with the SPD Contact Centre at Enabling Village, to persons with disabilities.
Connect Centre is a registered social enterprise under the raiSE framework and was named a Champion of Good by the Company of Good (NVPC) on 17 July 2025.
