Since 2004, Connect Centre has been a pioneer in social entrepreneurship, a multi-channel outsourced contact centre built to create meaningful pathways for ex-offenders to reintegrate into society through sustainable, dignified employment.
A social enterprise, not just a contact centre
Connect Centre Pte Ltd delivers professional, multi-channel customer experience for enterprises and government institutions across Southeast Asia, customer service, technical support, tele-sales, emergency response and back-office, across voice, chat, email, WhatsApp and AI.
But what sets us apart is who delivers it. We operate a contact centre inside Changi Prison in partnership with the Yellow Ribbon Project and the Singapore Prison Service, training and employing inmates and ex-offenders as skilled agents, and creating inclusive roles for persons with disabilities and other underserved communities. Doing good and doing good work are, for us, the same thing.
